Tea Bird Tea Acquires Organic JAS Certification: Officially Recognized in Japan for its Commitment to Producing Healthy and Environmentally Friendly Tea
Both the tea leaves and flavorings are certified organic and 100% organic, and this non-caffeinated and low-caffeine organic flavored tea is popular at the British Exhibition held at environmentally friendly department stores. New flavors have also been released.
Tea Bird Tea, an organic tea brand from the UK, which is officially represented in Japan by Yakaryo Kaihatsu Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Tsukasa Kono), which plans, manufactures, sells, and wholesales organic foods and health supplements, received Organic JAS Certification in Japan on December 11, 2024.
Ashleigh Cotterill, founder of Tea Bird Tea, has a deep respect for the natural environment and is particular about using organic ingredients in everything from tea leaves to flavourings.
The tea bags are made from cornstarch, which can be composted and returned to nature, and are shaped into pyramids using a heat press without any adhesives.In consideration of the environment, they do not use strings or tags that are difficult to decompose naturally, or staples, which should normally be recycled as metal.

To coincide with obtaining the organic JAS certification, Tea Bird Tea has redesigned its packaging, changing from a can containing 18 sachets to a can containing 10 sachets, making it more affordable.
All of the designs are original drawings by Ashley herself, and you can enjoy different art for each flavour.
Organic Earl Grey Orange
This flavoured tea is made by mixing high-altitude grown black tea leaves with a refreshing orange flavour. The refreshing aroma of citrus and the deep flavour of black tea are exquisitely combined to create a flavour that will refresh your mood. You can also enjoy the refreshing fruity taste when made into iced tea.
Organic Vanilla Rooibos Tea
This tea combines the elegant and mellow aroma of vanilla with rooibos grown in the soil of South Africa. It is caffeine-free and perfect for relaxing before bed. Add milk for a gentle, sweet taste like a dessert tea.
Organic Lemongrass Ginger [NEW]
A blend of refreshing lemongrass and ginger for a warm, tangy taste. In the summer, try it as an iced tea with ice for a refreshing cool feeling. If you're chilled by air conditioning, try drinking it hot, and the ginger will gently warm you up.
